HISTORY
Air Life Environmental Products LLC came into existence in
1993 after Roger Ferguson, a former automotive engineer
decided to change professions.
A goal was formed in his heart to
provide products that enhanced the health of prospective
customers. After a series of investigations the concept of
filtered drinking water and indoor air quality became viable
potential markets to explore.
After another series of product
investigations it became clear that what was publicly being
offered was inadequate to put before the public. Better than
nothing perhaps but not at the standard of excellence desired.
The engineering mind needs
data to prove things out to be acceptable or not acceptable.
The residential point of use water filtration market was
flooded with carbon filters that were only good to remove the
ever present and growing amounts of chlorine in the public
water system. While being an admirable attempt, carbon left
no answer for the lead, and bacteria issues looming then and
now. Existing products had no meaningful data or promise of
ever reaching viability.
The same is true with the air
filtration issue. Paper filters are only able to capture 2% or
less, no bacteria and unable to kill anything. The current
older technology, bulky electronic air cleaning products, by
independent testing, lost 40% or more of their firepower in 40
hours and were frightfully heavy and hard to clean, also very
expensive to fix, $300.00 or so, for the power unit alone.
Again there was no meaningful data or promise of reaching
viability.
The people Roger knew and
had interviewed were unsatisfied with these products. Most
comments to the question, are you satisfied with it?, were,
quote” I think it is working, but I am not sure.”
Well to Roger that was a sad testimony and launched a search
for technologies that had promise of actually providing a
function of purification not just second rate
filtration.
In September of 1993 Roger
discovered the Dynamic Electronic Air Cleaner and related
products. Most of which have not changed in design and
certainly not in performance since then. The search was over,
the data was there, the killing power was evident and the sale
was on~! 7000 volts was the answer to effective air
purification, including bacteria kill.
Air Life is a family
business that operates on customer service and satisfaction.
Roger insists on customers having the right product for the
problem they perceive to have. UV lights are useless for a
dust issue as an example. Heavy odors are not best served by a
HEPA alone. Etc.
Roger and his wife Heide run the business
from Dearborn, Michigan in a very personalized way. Once you
are a customer you are taken a personal interest in and are
privy to current and seasonal sales. You will be advised of
pricing advantages during certain seasons. You will also be
made aware of new products to enhance your life as the
following story depicts.
Recently Roger was
personally healed of debilitating arthritis through the taking
of what he calls “The Needed Ninety”. They are
90 Nutrients
needed daily, 60 Minerals
(Colloidal), 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 2
essential fatty acids to heal existing diseases and
ward off the increasing degenerative diseases so prevalent in
our society today. These products are now being offered to the
entire customer base

DELIVERY METHODS AND
SCHEDULE
Due to
the diversity of products and manufacturers that we represent,
Air Life Environmental Products, LLC cannot promise specific
delivery dates for each order.
On
average, your orders will be delivered to you within 5-7
business days.
Since
each of our various vendors have circumstances which dictate
the use of a variety of carriers, you can expect your orders
to arrive by US Mail, UPS, FedEx or a variety of freight
carriers depending on the product size and quantities you may
order.
In every
case, we should be able to estimate an expected delivery date
and carrier upon request.

REFUND POLICY
If you
are not satisfied with your Air Life Environmental Products,
LLC purchase, please call 1-800-916-7873 for a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) request within 90 calendar days of the
receipt of the product. Custom sized products may not be
returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless
such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for
more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products).
Upon
receipt of the returned items, Air Life Environmental
Products, LLC will issue a check for the original purchase
amount. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked
packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation
and registration that shipped with the product.
NOTE:
Air Life Environmental Products, LLC recommends that you (1)
use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns
and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Air Life
Environmental Products, LLC or
declare the full value of the shipment so that you are
completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in
transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers
tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the
product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the
product during shipping.
Dead On
Arrival (DOA) Product
Your
item is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware
failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it
after opening the box. If you believe that your product is
DOA, please call Air Life Environmental Products, LLC at
800-916-7873 within 3 calendar days of receipt.
APO/FPO
Addresses
If
you’re an APO/FPO customer and you’re outside the domestic
delivery area, the standard Air Life Environmental Products,
LLC Return and Refund Policy applies — with the exception that
you’re responsible for shipping the product back to a
state-side return address, plus handling, customs, and
inventory liability. Since you’re responsible for the safe
delivery of any product you’re returning to Air Life
Environmental Products, LLC, we recommend that you insure it
against loss.
Defective Items
If you
discover what you believe is a product defect for any product,
please contact the manufacturer of such product directly for
information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note
that products sold through Air Life Environmental Products,
LLC are serviced and supported exclusively by their
manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions
packaged with the products. Air Life Environmental Products,
LLC is not a manufacturer.
